1 padlock = 1 life = 1 person
These padlocks, yellow for production/logistics and red for maintenance, empower employees to take action and to ensure their own safety before working with equipment in our facilities. For example, by padlocking local disconnectors or the access doors to a fenced enclosure, an employee ensures equipment can't be started up again by a third party.
Safety measures also concern other regular tasks carried out by production staff (unjamming, cleaning, etc.).

An opportunity for everyone
As part of our approach to diversity and inclusion, we've introduced recruitment without CV. This initiative is designed to give everyone equal employment opportunities by removing barriers related to educational and professional backgrounds.
Instead of focusing on CVs, we organize meetings directly between candidates and managers. These discussions are a means for assessing candidates and their potential, their motivations and how well they reflect our values. We also invite them to visit our industrial plant, so they can really imagine themselves in a specific job or position that's vacant.
