Vivien Paille joined Avril’s Disability Committee in 2023; a way of asserting our commitment to inclusion and diversity. We organize and actively participate in disability events, with the aim of creating an inclusive working environment. We are fully involved in local training and awareness campaigns to promote the integration of people with disabilities. As a Disability Coordinator here at Vivien Paille, I support every employee concerned attentively and with great respect, and make sure that everyone can grow in an environment that values their skills and that meets their individual needs.
